【Sales representative】
Jobb Responsibilities:

1、Develop Foreign Trade Customer Resources through Multiple Channels: Actively seek potential foreign trade     customers through market research and expansion, establish a customer resource database, and conduct effective sales channel management.

2、Regular Communication and Interaction with Customers: Maintain good communication and relationship with customers, understand their needs, provide solutions, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.

3、Stay Informed of Foreign Trade Policies: Continuously monitor international trade policies and relevant regulations, keeping abreast of the latest developments in import and export business.

4.Sales Order Tracking: Be responsible for following up on assigned sales orders, ensuring smooth execution, including logistics transportation arrangements, customs clearance, and timely recovery of freight charges.

5.Achieve Sales Targets: Develop sales plans and targets, actively promote sales performance, achieve sales growth, and fulfill the sales targets set by the company.

Job Requirements: 1、Have a keen interest in international logistics and aspire to achieve long-term and stable development in this industry.

2、Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, be outgoing, adept at establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and possess market development capabilities.

3、Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork, able to work closely with team members to achieve sales targets collectively.

4、Prior experience in freight forwarding, foreign trade sales, or

related foreign trade industries is preferred. 5、Bachelor's degree or above, Logistics Management/International Trade/E-commerce/ Customs Declaration and Inspection/Marketing, and other related majors are preferred.

【 Customer service representative/Operator】
Job Responsibilities:
1、Operations of Booking, inland trucking, customs clearance and other related work;
2、Make & review documents, record cargo details in the company's internal system, and tracking of cargo;
3、Communicate with customers, truck companies, customs brokers, carriers & etc. to arrange details of cargo export operations;
4、Check the bill of lading, insure, follow up customer requirements.

Job Requirements:
1、Good at learning, self-motivated, optimistic and positive, strong communication and coordination skills;
2、Understand the basic import and export logistics operation process, and;
3、Have a strong sense of responsibility and sense of ownership, and solve import and export problems for customers actively;
4、Have good communication skills and be able to quickly get the customer's needs;
5、Have a certain English foundation, be able to check international trade documents, and communicate with foreign agents in simple English
emails;
6、Working experience in import and export document clerk, international trade operation and other related foreign trade industries is preferred;
7、Students majoring in international economy and trade, customs declaration and international freight, business English, etc. are preferred.
